My primary instrument is the piano or synth keyboard, which lends itself well to recording in a home studio setup. I also play drums and a bit of guitar, didgeridoo and lots of other more esoteric instruments.

While I did study piano up to about grade 4 I am mostly self-taught. I do this through writing music, and listening to other music of all kinds - pop, rock, classical, jazz, avant guarde, 'world', and lots of genre's in-between.
